Wildcat Ridge is a wonderful Community and I will work to make it safer, cleaner and more attractive which should reflect in your property values; but your Board of Directors and I do need your cooperation. Landscape maintenance, overnight parking and reducing the speed of vehicles are definitely high on the list of things to work on.
